BOOST Cross Training

BOOSTfit in Hanover is a fast paced class that focuses on strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Here we’ll focus on weight training, body weight exercises, and speed. These hour long classes are designed to teach proper form and technique while burning as many calories as possible in a short amount of time.
